WeWork is exploring expansion to Porur due to the increasing demand for flexible workspaces. IndiQube is aggressively expanding in the CBD, with a new center in Anna Salai offering various workspace options. Brigade Enterprises is investing in large office parks on the OMR stretch and CBD area to cater to the increased demand in that areas.
